How to enrol

You can enrol by post, by telephone or person

BY POST

Print out and complete this enrolment form and send it with payment or a photocopy of your benefit book if claiming fee remission to: The Community Education Department, Cramlington Community High School, Highbum, Cramlington, Northumberland, NE23 6BN.

Cheques should be made payable to Northumberland County Council. Please write your address on the reverse of the cheque. You can also pay be credit card just enter your details in the space provided. Please do not send cash with postal applications. Receipts/acknowledgement only be sent out if you send a stamped addressed envelope.

You can enrol over the phone using your credit card from Tuesday 24 August 2004 between 10.00am and 3.00pm (not weekends). Please be patient if the line is busy.

BY PERSON

We will be holding three enrolment sessions or you can call into the Community Education Office from Tuesday 31 August 2004 between 10.00am - 3.00pm (not Fridays).

OPEN EVENING

We will be holding an Open Evening enrolment session in A Hall on Wednesday 1 September 2004 at Cramlington Community High School from 6.30 - 8.30pm. There will be an opportunity to find out more about the courses, meet some of our tutors and to enrol on courses.

ENROLMENT SESSION

We will be taking enrolments in the main reception area at Cramlington Community High School on Thursday 2 September 2004 from 6.30 - 8.00pm.

ENROLMENT SESSION 2

We will be taking enrolments at Safeway, Manor Walks, Cramlington on Saturday 4 September 2004 from 10.00am - 12.00 noon
