Our Academic Record

We are proud of our academic record at CCHS. Last year 73% of our students achieved at least 5 or more GCSE/GNVQ equivalents at the grades of A, B or C, opening more doors to more students as they progress to further education. At A Level we have an equally impressive record, with students achieving a 98% pass rate. Many of our students go on to university, including Oxford and Cambridge, with the skills they will need in order to succeed in higher education. We are a comprehensive school and we aim to enable all students, whatever their level of ability, to achieve success. Students follow vocational courses as well as GCSEs and A Levels.
